I’d been meaning to properly sit down and give this site/app a go and tonight I did just that and recorded a quick demo on how to get started.

Rails for Zombies is a Ruby on Rails 3 tutorial from DB Querying (level 1) to Models (level 2) to Views (level 3) to Controllers (level 4). The catch is that each level has to be completed before moving to the next one.

If this doesn’t convince you to give it a go, then I’m not sure what will! Go try it out now gosh darn it.

It also dawned on me (yes at 2am) that despite working on Facebook like buttons and other FB applications, that my own blog doesn’t have it in yet. I’m going to fix that really soon.
